(for the LaFarge Substation), and ADM Milling Co. (for the ADM Milling Substation) as Affected System Operators, which systems are impacted by the Transmission Project. The Facilities Studies conducted for the Transmission Project identified certain Network Upgrade Facilities required for these Affected Systems.
