Advisory Capacity. In providing the technical information and technological assistance, the Licensor and its employees are acting in an advisory capacity only and nothing herein contained shall be construed as creating a relationship between the Licensor and the Licensee as a partnership or joint venture. Further, it is understood that legal and beneficial ownership of the Technology shall at all times belong to the Licensor.
