Advisors. Recipient may provide access to Confidential Information to an Authorized Representative provided that all obligations of Recipient contained herein apply equally to such Authorized Representative and Recipient is vicariously liable for the failure of any such Authorized Representative to comply with Recipient’s obligations hereunder.
