AdvisorCentral Services. PFPC will provide the AdvisorCentral Services (as defined at Section 1.3 of Exhibit 6 to Schedule C) and in respect of such services the Fund will pay to PFPC the fees and charges as set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement.
