ADVISOR RECOMMENDATIONS Clause Samples
The ADVISOR RECOMMENDATIONS clause sets out the process by which an advisor provides guidance or suggestions to a client regarding certain matters, such as business strategies, compliance, or operational improvements. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the client is obligated to follow the advisor's recommendations or if they are non-binding, and may outline the scope of topics covered or the format in which advice is delivered. Its core function is to define the advisory relationship, ensuring both parties understand the nature and authority of the recommendations, thereby preventing misunderstandings about the advisor's role and the client's obligations.
