The Advisor Program clause establishes the terms and conditions under which an individual or entity serves as an advisor to a company. Advisor Program. During the Term, Partner may obtain certification in iCIMS’ products, and provide advisory services to Subscribers, and have such services included and promoted within iCIMS UNIFi (which may be accessed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) as set forth in the Advisor Program Addendum (“Advisor Program Addendum”).
Advisor Program. SherWeb shall be responsible for providing support to End- Users. All such services shall be made available in accordance with and shall be subject to SherWeb’s then current standard terms and conditions applicable to the services. SherWeb’s current technical support standard is 24/7 phone, chat and email support. Some service offerings may require execution of an additional agreement and/or the payment of service fees.
