Advisor Fees. During the Advisor Term, the Company or one of its Subsidiaries will pay Executive a consulting fee at a rate of $50,000 per month for providing the Advisor Services (the “Advisor Fees”). The Advisor Fees shall cease on termination of the Advisor Term, provided that the Advisor Fees shall be prorated for the month in which the Advisor Term terminates.
