Common use of Advisor Fees Clause in Contracts

Advisor Fees. Subject to Section 15, Executive shall be reimbursed for all documented attorneys’ and tax advisors’ fees associated with the Executive’s review and negotiation of the terms of this Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $10,000 in the aggregate.
