Common use of ADVISER’S PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

ADVISER’S PERSONNEL. The Adviser shall, at its own expense, maintain such staff and employ or retain such personnel and consult with such other persons as it shall from time to time determine to be necessary to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the staff and personnel of the Adviser shall be deemed to include any compliance staff and personnel required by the Adviser and reasonably requested by the Board of Trustees.

ADVISER’S PERSONNEL. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the staff and personnel of the Adviser shall be deemed to include any compliance staff and personnel required by the Adviser and reasonably requested by the Board of Trustees.

ADVISER’S PERSONNEL. The Adviser shall, at its own expense, maintain such staff and employ or retain as independent contractors such personnel and consult with such other persons individuals as it shall from time to time determine to be necessary to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the staff and personnel of the Adviser shall be deemed to include individuals employed or retained as independent contractors by the Adviser to furnish services pursuant to this Agreement, including any compliance staff and personnel required by the Adviser and reasonably requested by the Board of TrusteesAdviser.
