Advice provided. We will provide you with information about the insurance and/or non-insured benefit cover we have agreed to enable you to decide whether or not to accept the insurance/non-insured benefit cover available on the terms provided by the insurance company/other benefit provider. We will answer any questions you may have on the proposed cover/benefit, its benefits, restrictions, exclusions and conditions. You will be responsible for reviewing information on the insurance coverage/benefit provisions suggested for you. If the indication of coverage/benefit and terms does not accord with your instructions, you should advise us immediately.
Advice provided. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that no information provided by RE/MAX Wealth Builders Real Estate, Brokerage is to be construed as being expert legal, financial, tax, building condition, zoning, environmental advice or as a retrofit status undertaking and that the Buyer has been given the opportunity to consult with any such professional advisor(s) prior to entering into this agreement to satisfy themselves as to the acceptability of same.
