Advice from Counsel. The Administrative Agent may consult with counsel, accountants or other experts, and the advice or opinion of counsel, accountants or other experts on any matters relating to this Agreement will be full and complete authorization and protection from liability for any action taken or not taken by it under this Agreement in good faith and according to the advice or opinion of that counsel, accountant or expert.
