Advice from Counsel. The Indenture Trustee may consult with counsel, accountants, appraisers or other experts or advisors, and the advice or opinion of counsel, accountants, appraisers or other experts or advisors on any matters relating to this Indenture and the Notes will be full and complete authorization and protection from liability for any action taken or not taken by it under this Indenture in good faith and according to the advice or opinion of that counsel, accountant, appraiser or expert or advisor.
