6.6 The Client agrees that when interacting with a financial advisor, the named advisor will receive payment (advice fee) from the Company for services provided to the Client.
6.7 Payment to the financial advisor will be made solely by the Company. The Client incurs no additional financial obligations towards the financial advisor.
6.8 The Company reserves the right to choose the financial advisor and determine the terms of their compensation. The Client agrees to this condition and is not entitled to interfere in contractual relations between the Company and the financial advisor.
6.9 The client understands that the recommendations of the financial advisor are not obligatory and assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on the advice of the financial advisor.

18.1 The Client shall have the right to file a complaint for a belief that a fraudulent transaction was committed. The Company shall then conduct an investigation to determine whether the alleged transaction was fraudulent. The Client acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to charge the Client a “150 USD research fee” in order to conclude the investigation.
18.2 The Company will not accept any form of fraud including but not limited to credit card fraud. The Company shall conduct full investigations andpursue all the losses it might incur underthe law. The Company will conduct court proceedings and will claim any losses incurred covering all business, legal fees, research costs, human resource and loss of income.
18.3 The Company maintains systems which monitor fraudulent activities. Any transactions detected are immediately cancelled along with any orders associated with the transaction. The Company maintains a database of black listed users which are banned from trading.

6.6 The Client agrees that when interacting with a financial advisor, the named advisor will receive payment (advice fee) from the Company for services provided to the Client.
6.7 Payment to the financial advisor will be made solely by the Company. The Client incurs no additional financial obligations towards the financial advisor.
6.8 The Company reserves the right to choose the financial advisor and determine the terms of their compensation. The Client agrees to this condition and is not entitled to interfere in contractual relations between the Company and the financial advisor.
6.9 The client understands that the recommendations of the financial advisor are not obligatory and assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on the advice of the financial advisor.

Platform non-transferable, non-exclusive and fully recoverable, to use the Platform(s) (including the use of the Website and any associated downloadable software available from time to time) in order to place Orders in one or more particular Financial Instruments in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Company may use different Platforms depending on the Financial Instrument.
8.2. The Company has the right to shut down the Platform(s) at any time for maintenance purposes without prior notice to the Client, which will be done only on weekends, unless not convenient or in urgent cases. In these cases, the Platform(s) will be inaccessible.
8.3. The Client is solely responsible for providing and maintaining the compatible equipment necessary to access and use the Platform(s), which includes at least a personal computer or mobile phone or tablet (depending on the Platform used), internet access by any means and telephone or other access line. Access to the internet is an essential feature and the Client shall be solely responsible for any steps required as well as any fees necessary to be paid to any service provider in order to connect to the internet.
8.4. The Client represents and warrants that he has installed and implemented and will at all times install and implement appropriate means of protection relating to the security and integrity of his computer or mobile phone or tablet and that he has taken and will at all times take appropriate actions to protect his computer or mobile phone or tablet from computer viruses or other similar harmful or inappropriate materials, devices, information or data that may potentially harm the Website, the Platform(s) or other systems of the Company. The Client further undertakes to protect and indemnify the Company from any transmissions of computer viruses or other similarly harmful or inappropriate material or device to the Platform(s) from his personal computer or mobile phone or tablet or any device which it may use to connect to the Platform(s).
8.5. The Company will not be liable to the Client should his computer system or mobile phone or tablet fail, damage, destroy and/or format his records and data. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable in any way, if the Client incurs delays and any other form of data integrity problems that are a result of his hardware configuration or its mismanagement.
8.6. The Company will not be liable for any disruptions or delays or problems in any communication experienced by the Client when using the Platform(s) which are not the result of the Company’s gross negligence or wilful default.
8.7. Orders with the Company are placed on the Platform(s), with the use of the Access Data through the Client’s compatible personal computer, mobile phone or tablet connected to the internet. It is agreed and understood that the Company will be entitled to rely and act on any Order given by using the Access Data on the Platform(s) or via phone, without any further inquiry to the Client and any such Orders will be binding upon the Client.

19.6. The Client understands, accepts and agrees herewith that the Services provided by the Company do not include the provision of investment advice. Any investment information as may be announced by the Company to the Client does not constitute investment advice but aims merely to assist him in his investment decision making.
19.7. The Client acknowledges, understands, accepts and agrees herewith that he is solely responsible for any investment strategy, transaction or investment, composition of any account and taxation consequences and he shall not rely, for this purpose on the Company.
19.8. The Client acknowledges, understands, accepts and agrees herewith that the Company shall bear absolutely no responsibility, regardless of the circumstances, for any such investment strategy, transaction, investment and/or information.

Advice and Commentary. 6.18.1. The Client hereby expressly acknowledges and understands that:
(a) the Company will not advise offer execution-only dealing services to the Client about and such other additional services as may from time to time be agreed between the merits of a particular Order or give him any form of investment advice Company and the Client acknowledges in writing;

6.28.2. The Company will not be under any duty to provide the Client with any legal, tax or other advice relating to any Transaction. The Client may wish to seek independent advice before entering into a Transaction/if he is in any doubt as to whether he may incur any tax liabilities. The Client is hereby warned that tax laws are subject to change from time to time.
