Advertisements and Solicitations. No person shall originate, solicit, circulate, or post commercial advertisements, petitions or originate sales within the Amenities’ premises or use the VCA or VDA resident roster for such purpose without the express prior written approval of the VCA or VDA, including during use of private reservations. The selling of goods and/or services, supporting the efforts of for‐profit businesses, charging of admission fees and/or solicitation of donations are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained from the VA and are done in strict compliance with all applicable laws.

Advertisements and Solicitations. No person shall originate, solicit, circulate, or post commercial advertisements or petitions within the Heritage Club and Heritage Pool House premises or use the MPCA resident roster without the express prior written approval of the MPCA, including during use of private room reservations. The selling of goods and/or services, supporting the efforts of for-profit businesses, charging of admission fees and/or solicitation of donations are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained from the MPCA and are done in strict compliance with all applicable laws.

Advertisements and Solicitations. In the event that you ordered service as a result of any advertisement or any solicitation by mail, telephone or other medium, you acknowledge that such advertisement or solicitation was not made by Service Provider or any agent or representative thereof, that Service Provider is not responsible for the contents of such advertisement or solicitation and does not warrant the accuracy thereof and that any promise or information provided in such advertisement or solicitation is excluded from and does not constitute a part of your contract with Service Provider, unless it is set forth in this Agreement.

The selling of goods and/or services, supporting the efforts of for‐profit businesses, charging of admission fees and/or solicitation of donations are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained from the DCMC and are done in strict compliance with all applicable laws.

Advertisements and Solicitations. Soliciting is only permitted by Association approved business partners during social and educational events planned for the community.
