Adverse Tax Consequence Sample Clauses

Adverse Tax Consequence. If such taxes apply to a period on or before the Closing, Seller shall be responsible for payment, including reimbursement to Buyer of any rollback taxes assessed, including those assessed for any and all “look back” periods should the assessment rate change or for any other reason rollback taxes are assessed against the property after Closing. This provision shall survive Closing.
