Adversary Proceeding Sample Clauses

Adversary Proceeding. On the Agreement Effective Date, the Company Parties and the Uniti Parties shall promptly take all actions necessary to stay and hold in abeyance the prosecution of any and all claims and counterclaims in the Adversary Proceeding, such stay to remain effective until the earlier of (i) the date this Agreement shall have been terminated and (ii) the Effective Date (as defined in the Uniti Term Sheet).
