Common use of Advances Clause in Contracts

Advances. (a) The amount of P&I Advances to be made by the Servicer for any Remittance Date shall equal, subject to Section 4.01(c), the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Scheduled Payments (with each interest portion thereof net of the related Servicing Fee), due during the Due Period immediately preceding such Remittance Date in respect of the Mortgage Loans, which Scheduled Payments were not received as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, plus (ii) with respect to each REO Property, which REO Property was acquired during or prior to the related Prepayment Period and as to which such REO Property an REO Disposition did not occur during the related Prepayment Period, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Scheduled Payments (with each interest portion thereof net of the related Servicing Fee) that would have been due on the related Due Date in respect of the related Mortgage Loans, over the net income from such REO Property transferred to the Collection Account for distribution on such Remittance Date.

(a) The amount of P&I Advances to be made by the Servicer with respect to the Pool I Mortgage Loans for any Remittance Date shall equal, subject to Section 4.01(c), the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Scheduled Payments (with each interest portion thereof net of the related Servicing Fee), due during the Due Period immediately preceding such Remittance Date in respect of the first lien Pool I Mortgage Loans, which Scheduled Payments were not received as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, plus (ii) with respect to each REO Property, which REO Property was acquired during or prior to the related Prepayment Period and as to which such REO Property an REO Disposition did not occur during the related Prepayment Period, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Scheduled Payments (with each interest portion thereof net of the related Servicing FeeREO Imputed Interest) that would have been due on the related Due Date in respect of the related Mortgage LoansLoan, over the net income from such REO Property transferred to the Collection Account for distribution on such Remittance Date.
