– Advanced PTO Clause Samples
The Advanced PTO clause allows employees to use paid time off (PTO) before they have actually accrued it. In practice, this means an employee may request and take vacation or personal days in advance, with the understanding that future PTO accruals will be used to offset the time already taken. This clause helps provide flexibility for employees who need time off for unforeseen circumstances, while also ensuring that the employer can manage and track PTO balances effectively.
