Advanced Intelligent Network Sample Clauses
The Advanced Intelligent Network clause defines the terms and conditions related to the use, access, or provision of advanced telecommunications network services that utilize intelligent routing and processing capabilities. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding the deployment, maintenance, and operation of such network features, which may include call routing, number translation, or service customization. By specifying these obligations, the clause ensures that both parties understand their roles in managing advanced network functionalities, thereby reducing the risk of service disruptions and clarifying accountability for network performance.
Advanced Intelligent Network. 9.1 CLEC may purchase those Advanced Intelligent Network (“AIN”) Telecommunication Services AT&T OKLAHOMA offers at retail, under tariff or otherwise, to subscribers who are not telecommunications carriers.
9.2 All service levels, features and function components of AIN provided by AT&T OKLAHOMA and offered for resale by CLEC will be provided by AT&T OKLAHOMA at parity with the same services AT&T OKLAHOMA offers to its own customers.
9.3 CLEC may purchase any and all levels of AIN service for Resale services, without restriction on the minimum or maximum number of lines or features that may be purchased for any one level of service where technically feasible.
Advanced Intelligent Network. 27.1 GTE will provide AT&T access to the GTE Service Creation Environment (SCE) to design, create, test, deploy and provision AIN-based features, equivalent to the access GTE provides to itself, providing that security arrangements can be made. AT&T requests to use the GTE SCE will be subject to request, review and testing procedures to be agreed upon by the parties.
27.2 When AT&T utilizes GTE's Local Switching network element and requests GTE to provision such network element with a Currently Available AIN trigger, GTE will provide access to the appropriate AIN Call Related Database for the purpose of invoking either a GTE AIN feature or an AT&T developed AIN feature described in 27.1, above.
27.3 When AT&T utilizes its own local switch, GTE will provide access to the appropriate AIN Call Related Database for the purpose of invoking either a GTE AIN feature or an AT&T developed AIN feature described in 27.1, above.
27.4 Any mediation to GTE's AIN database will be performed on a competitively neutral, nondiscriminatory basis. Any network management controls found necessary to protect the SCP from an overload condition must be applied on a nondiscriminatory basis for all users of that database, including GTE. GTE and AT&T agree that any load mediation will affect all links to the STP, including GTE's, in a like manner. AT&T will provide the information necessary to ensure that GTE is able to engineer sufficient capacity on the AIN SCP platform.

(i) All service levels, features and function components of AIN provided by SBC-AMERITECH and offered for resale by CLEC will be provided by SBC-AMERITECH at parity with the same services SBC-AMERITECH offers to its own Customers.
(ii) CLEC may purchase any and all levels of AIN service for Resale Services, without restriction on the minimum or maximum number of lines or features that may be purchased for any one level of service where technically feasible.

9.2 All service levels, features and function components of AIN provided by SBC KANSAS and offered for resale by CLEC will be provided by SBC KANSAS at parity with the same services SBC KANSAS offers to its own customers.
9.3 CLEC may purchase any and all levels of AIN service for Resale services, without restriction on the minimum or maximum number of lines or features that may be purchased for any one level of service where technically feasible.
Advanced Intelligent Network. 3.1.1 MCIm may purchase at the discount set forth in Attachment I any Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN”) Telecommunications Services which BellSouth offers at retail, for resale to subscribers who are not carriers.
