Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Performance. This Lucid Warranty expressly excludes any coverage or guarantees regarding the performance of the vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This includes, but is not limited to, systems such as Drive Assist, adaptive cruise control (ACC), automatic emergency braking (AEB), forward collision warning (FCW), and lane departure protection (LDP). The system and its sensors’ or cameras’ inability to detect or correctly interpret road markings or surrounding objects are not considered defects in materials or workmanship but rather constitute limitations in ADAS technology that are part of normal operation.
