Common use of Advance Payments and Deposits Clause in Contracts

Advance Payments and Deposits. Buyer shall be entitled to a ----------------------------- credit in an amount equal to the aggregate of (i) all deposits of customers and subscribers of the Systems and the Business, and all interest, if any, required to be paid thereon as of the Closing Date, for converters, decoders, and similar items, and (ii) the appropriate portion of all payments received by Seller for services to be rendered by Buyer including services to subscribers of the Systems, after the Closing Date, or for other services to be rendered by Buyer to other third parties after the Closing Date for cable television commercials, channel leasing, or other services or rentals, or paging, to the extent the obligations of Seller relating thereto are assumed by Buyer at Closing.
