Advance Notice of Prospective Employment. Employee agrees that following the termination of his employment, while and to the extent that the post-employment restrictive covenants set forth in Exhibit A hereto are in effect, prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to perform services for, any entity that competes with the Company, he will notify the Company in writing of Employee’s intentions so as to provide the Company with the opportunity to assess whether Employee’s employment or retention may potentially violate any provisions of this Agreement.
