Common use of Advance Notice of Prospective Employment Clause in Contracts

Advance Notice of Prospective Employment. Executive agrees that following the termination of his employment, prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to perform services for, any entity that competes with the Company, he will notify the Company in writing of Executive’s intentions so as to provide the Company with the opportunity to assess whether Executive’s employment or retention may potentially violate any provisions of this Agreement.
