Common use of Advance Dates Clause in Contracts

Advance Dates. On the date of each Advance under a Facility, and prior to such Advance, Lessee shall deliver all Cash Collateral necessary to satisfy the Cash Collateral amount requirement for such Facility set forth in Subparagraph 2.11(a) of the Participation Agreement after giving effect to such Advance.
