Advance Availability. Notwithstanding Section 2.1.1 of the Loan Agreement, the Borrowers shall not be permitted to reborrow Advances that are borrowed and repaid under the Temporary Increase Promissory Note. Advances made pursuant to the Temporary Increase Promissory Note are not revolving.
