ADS Registration Statement. The Depositary filed the ADS Registration Statement on Form F-6 under the 1933 Act, and the staff of the Commission has informed such counsel that the Commission declared the ADS Registration Statement effective and, to the best of such counsel’s knowledge, no stop order suspending the effectiveness of the ADS Registration Statement or any part thereof or any amendment thereto has been issued and no proceedings for that purpose have been instituted or are pending or contemplated under the 1933 Act, and the ADS Registration Statement, and any amendments thereto as of their respective effective dates, complied as to form in all material respects with the requirements of the 1933 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.
