ADRC Infrastructure Clause Samples

The ADRC Infrastructure clause defines the requirements and standards for the physical and technological systems supporting the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center (ADRC). It typically outlines specifications for facilities, equipment, and digital platforms necessary to conduct mediation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution processes efficiently. For example, it may require secure meeting rooms, reliable communication tools, and data protection measures. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the ADRC operates in a secure, accessible, and effective environment, thereby facilitating fair and efficient resolution of disputes.
