ADR Status Sample Clauses
The ADR Status clause defines the current stage or progress of any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process between the parties. It typically outlines whether ADR has been initiated, is ongoing, or has been completed, and may specify the type of ADR being used, such as mediation or arbitration. By clearly stating the status, this clause helps both parties track dispute resolution efforts and ensures transparency, reducing misunderstandings about the resolution process and next steps.
