ADR Rules. Any such ADR will be conducted under the then current CPR Rules for Non-Administrated Arbitration by a single neutral, except that the Parties agree that there will be no discovery. Any such ADR will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16. Any arbitration will be held in Denver, Colorado.
