ADR Cooperation Sample Clauses

ADR Cooperation. A/E acknowledges that Owner may become involved in alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) proceedings with other parties in connection with the Project. If allegations are made in such ADR proceedings that A/E bears some responsibility or culpability relating to a dispute covered by the ADR proceedings, A/E agrees to being joined in such ADR proceedings.
