Adoption Regarding Public Health and Safety. This Agreement shall not prevent City from adopting Future Land Use Regulations respecting public health and safety to be applicable throughout City which directly result from findings by City that failure to adopt such Future Land Use Regulations would result in a condition injurious or detrimental to the public health and safety; provided that such Future Land Use Regulations apply uniformly throughout the City with respect to similar uses or concerns.
