Adoption of the Agreement by the Trust. The Trust represents that its Board has approved this Agreement and has duly authorized the Trust to adopt this Agreement, such adoption to be evidenced by a letter agreement between the Trust and the Bank reflecting such adoption, which letter agreement shall be dated and signed by a duly authorized officer of the Trust and duly authorized officer of the Bank.
