Common use of Admission of Substituted Members Clause in Contracts

Admission of Substituted Members. Subject to the other provisions of this ARTICLE XI, a transferee of Units in a Transfer from a Member permitted under Sections 11.1 and 11.2 above shall, if not a Member, be admitted to the Company as a substituted Member.

Admission of Substituted Members. Subject to the other provisions of this ARTICLE XIArticle 11, a transferee of Units in a Transfer from a Member permitted under Sections 11.1 and 11.2 above shall, if not a Member, may be admitted to the Company as a substituted Member.Member only upon satisfaction of each of the conditions set forth in this Section 11.2:

Subject to the other provisions of this ARTICLE XISection 8, a transferee of Units in a Transfer from a Member permitted under Sections 11.1 and 11.2 above shall, if not a Member, may be admitted to the Company as a substituted Member.Member only upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 8.6:‌

Subject to the other provisions of this ARTICLE XIArticle 11, a transferee of Units in a Transfer from a Member permitted under Sections 11.1 and 11.2 above shall, if not a Member, may be admitted to the Company as a substituted Member.Member only upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 11.10:

Admission of Substituted Members. Subject to the other provisions of this ARTICLE XISection 11.8, a transferee Transferee of Units in (whether as a result of a Permitted Transfer from a Member permitted under Sections 11.1 and 11.2 above shall, if not a Member, or otherwise) may be admitted to the Company as a substituted substitute Member (“Substituted Member.”) only upon satisfaction of each of the following conditions, unless any such condition is waived by the Company:
