Admission of Subsequent Partner. No person shall be admitted as a Partner except in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and upon obtaining the consent of the General Partner. Any prospective Partner must submit to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (ii) such other documents or instruments, including powers of attorney, as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person's admission as a Partner.
