Common use of Admission of New Members Clause in Contracts

Admission of New Members. 9.01 The parties hereby authorize the Committee to admit new signatories as participating employers or participating unions in such manner and upon such terms as the Committee in its discretion deems appropriate without the necessary consultation or agreement with existing signatories. Upon admission to this agreement such new signatories will have the same rights and obligations as existing participating unions and participating employers, effective the date of such admission.
