Common use of Admission of Additional Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of an Original Limited Partner on the date hereof, a Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance, in form and substance satisfactory to the General Partner, of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof, (ii) a counterpart signature page to this Agreement executed by such Person and (iii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the sole and absolute discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of an Original Limited Partner on the date hereof, a A Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership on or after the date hereof in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner by the General Partner, without the consent of any other Partner, only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance, acceptance in form and substance satisfactory to the General Partner, Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof, (ii) a counterpart signature page to this Agreement executed by such Person and (iii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the sole and absolute discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s 's admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

After the admission to the Partnership of an Original the Special Limited Partner on the date hereof, a Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance, in form and substance satisfactory to the General Partner, of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof, (ii) a counterpart signature page to this Agreement executed by such Person and (iii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the sole and absolute discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s 's admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

After the admission to the Partnership of an Original the Special Limited Partner and the DCI Limited Partners on the date hereof, a Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance, in form and substance satisfactory to the General Partner, of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof, (ii) a counterpart signature page to this Agreement executed by such Person and (iii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the sole and absolute discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s 's admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of an Original the initial Limited Partner Partners on the date hereof, a Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement and any transferee of a Limited Partner Interest permitted to be transferred pursuant to Sections 11.01 or 11.03 shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance, acceptance in form and substance satisfactory to the General Partner, Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof, 2.04 hereof and (ii) a counterpart signature page to this Agreement executed by such Person and (iii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the sole and absolute discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.
