Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

After (a) A Person (other than the admission to the Partnership of the initial General Partner, an Initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, Partner or a Person Substituted Limited Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, including without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 1.4, and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s 's admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a 13.2.1 A Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance his acceptance, in form satisfactory to the General Partner Partner, of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 Article 10, and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s his admission as an Additional a Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. (a) After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the issued Partnership Units in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance a written agreement in form satisfactory to the General Partner of accepting all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 Agreement and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. A. 12.2.1 After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence an instrument of acceptance in form satisfactory joinder to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 Agreement executed by 66 such Person and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the sole and absolute discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

After the admission to the Partnership of the initial additional Limited Partners on the date hereof, a Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Exchange Rights Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s ' s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership date of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereofPrior Partnership Agreement, a Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution capital contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. (a) After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on as of the date hereof, a Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, including the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 16 hereof and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s 's admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a A Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Exchange Rights Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof and (ii) such 45 other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a A Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement or who exercises an option to receive Partnership Units shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After (a) Person (other than the admission to General Partner, the Partnership of the initial MLP or a Substituted Limited Partners on the date hereof, a Person Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, including the granting of the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 1.4, and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a A Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution capital contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Original Limited Partners on the date hereofDecember 1, 1997, a Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s 's admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a A Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (ia) evidence of acceptance an acceptance, in form satisfactory to the General Partner Partner, of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 Article 17, and (iib) such other documents or instruments as may be required in order to effect his admission as a Limited Partner, and such admission shall become effective on the discretion of date that the General Partner determines in order its sole discretion and issues to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited PartnerPartner a certificate evidencing ownership of his Units.

(a) After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners Partner on the date hereof, a Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an additional Limited Partner (an “Additional Limited Partner Partner”) only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the sole discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

Admission of Additional Limited Partners. A. After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereof, a Person (other than an existing Partner) who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.

After the admission to the Partnership of the initial Limited Partners on the date hereofJanuary 26, 1994, a Person who makes a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner only upon furnishing to the General Partner (i) evidence of acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the power of attorney granted in Section 2.4 hereof and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be required in the discretion of the General Partner in order to effect such Person’s admission as an Additional Limited Partner.
