Common use of Administrator’s Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Administrator’s Acknowledgement. The Administrator acknowledges that it is a party to the Trust Indenture and is familiar with and understands the duties of the respective parties thereto, including those duties of the Trustee which are being delegated to the Administrator under this Agreement and the Trust Indenture, and the Administrator agrees to perform the administrative services in accordance with any applicable terms, conditions and limitations contained in the Trust Indenture in respect of the performance of such services, including, without limitation, exercising all voting rights attached to the securities held by the Trust in accordance with the terms of the Trust Indenture.

Administrator’s Acknowledgement. The Administrator agrees to perform comply in all respects with the administrative services in accordance with any applicable terms, conditions and limitations contained in provisions of the Trust Indenture in respect of the performance of such services, including, without limitation, exercising all voting rights attached to the securities held by the Trust in accordance with the terms of the Trust Indentureits duties and obligations hereunder.
