Administrative Trustees. (b) Unless otherwise determined by the Administrative Trustees, and except as otherwise required by the Business Trust Act or applicable law, any Administrative Trustee acting alone is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust any documents which the Administrative Trustees have the power and authority to cause the Trust to execute pursuant to Section 3.6.
