ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENT. A. The CONTACTOR shall conform to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) including associated regulations and policies and Civil Rights laws, regulations and policies, which includes providing reasonable accommodations to those with disabilities and displaying required notices of rights.
