Administrative Proposal. The tenderer shall use the tender forms included in the corresponding section of the Annex. The Administrative proposal shall respect the following structure: • Legal identification form • Power of attorney • Certificate of Incorporation • Articles of Association and Memorandum (as applicable) • Financial Identification Form (along with an account confirmation letter from the bank and details of the bank signatory. This account shall not change throughout the contract duration and implementation) • Exclusion Criteria Form • Integrity form • Technical capacity form • Subcontractor form • Financial capacity form (Audited financial books of accounts for the last three years, i.e; 2022 2023 and 2024) • Tax Clearance Certificate (e.g.; URA, as applicable)
