Administrative Processin Sample Clauses

Administrative Processin gThe administrative processing portion of the Pre-License Survey (which includes without limitation processing the Application, preparing Make-ReadyWork orders, notifying Joint Users and other persons and entities of work requirements and schedules, coordinating the relocation/rearrangement of A&T and/or other Licenesd Facilities) will be performed by AT&T at Licensee’s expense. Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, AT&T shall bear no responsiiblity for the relocation,erarrangement or removal oFfacilitiesused for the transmission or distribution of electric power.
