Common use of Administrative Body; Situs Clause in Contracts

Administrative Body; Situs. Any Dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or the determination of the scope or applicability of this Agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in New York, New York, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered using the arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) current at the time the Dispute is brought, which rules are deemed to be incorporated herein by reference. Each Party shall, upon written request, promptly provide the other Party with copies of all information on which the producing party may rely in support of or in opposition to any claim or defense and a report of any expert whom the producing Party may call as a witness in the arbitration hearing.
