Common use of Administrative and Other Services Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Administrative and Other Services Arrangements. The Directors may in their discretion, from time to time, cause the Company to enter into administrative services contracts or placement agent agreements whereby the other party to such contract or agreement shall undertake to furnish such administrative, placement agent and/or other services as the Directors shall, from time to time, consider desirable with respect to the Company and upon such terms and conditions as the Directors may in their discretion determine.
