Common use of Administrative Agent’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent’s Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the Administrative Agent's own account, an annual fee in the amount of $25,000, payable quarterly (in the amount of $6,250) in arrears following the close of each calendar quarter by the Administrative Agent's debit to Borrower's operating account, concerning which quarterly debit therefrom Borrower hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to automatically effect without the necessity of any further or other approval from the Borrower.

The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, Agent for its own account an annual administrative fee payable quarterly in arrears in accordance with the written agreement between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent's own account, an annual such administrative fee in to not be for the amount of $25,000, payable quarterly (in the amount of $6,250) in arrears following the close of each calendar quarter by the Administrative Agent's debit to Borrower's operating account, concerning which quarterly debit therefrom Borrower hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to automatically effect without the necessity benefit of any further or other approval from Lender. The first and last payments of such administrative fee are to be prorated based upon the Borrowerpartial calendar quarters to which they apply.
