Common use of Administrative Agent’s Fee Clause in Contracts

The Borrower Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “"Administrative Agent’s 's Fee”") under the terms of a letter (the “"Administrative Agent’s 's Letter”") between among the Borrower Borrowers and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “"Bid Loan Processing Fee") in connection with processing Bid Loans and a nonrefundable fee (the "Administrative Agent’s 's Fee”") for the Administrative Agent's services hereunder under the terms of a letter (the “"Administrative Agent’s 's Letter”") between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of a letter (the “Administrative Agent’s Agent Fee Letter”) between the Borrower and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Lead Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s 's Fee”) under the terms of a letter (the “Administrative Agent’s 's Letter”) between among the Lead Borrower and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) ), in Dollars, under the terms of a letter dated as of August 4, 2021 (the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between the Borrower and Administrative Agent, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

The Borrower Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of a letter (the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between the Borrower Borrowers and the Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of a letter that certain fee letter, dated as of April 6, 2021 (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between ), by and among the Borrower REIT Guarantor, Administrative Agent and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to timePNCCM.

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of a letter dated March 2, 2019 (the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between among the Borrower Borrower, PNC Capital Markets LLC and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of a letter letter, dated as of November 20, 2023 (the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between the Borrower and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms DMFIRM #404836892 v17 107 of a letter (the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between the Borrower Parent and the Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time. The Borrowers (including the Parent) hereby assume the liabilities of the Parent under the Administrative Agent’s Letter.

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of a letter (the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between the Borrower Parent and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

Administrative Agent’s Fee.
