Administrative Agent under Collateral Documents and Guaranty. Each Lender hereby further authorizes Administrative Agent on behalf of and for the benefit of Lenders, to be the agent for and representative of Lenders with respect to the Guaranty, the Collateral and the Collateral Documents.
