Administrative Agent Data. The Administrative Agent hereby agrees to provide, promptly following its receipt of a request by the Borrower, an updated Bank Price Deck. The Administrative Agent also agrees, upon request, to meet with the Borrower to discuss its evaluation of the reservoir engineering of the Royalty Interests included in the Reserve Report and its methodologies for valuing such properties to the same degree as the Administrative Agent provides such information to other similar borrowers. Any information disclosed to the Borrower under this Section 2.15(j) shall be maintained confidential by the Loan Parties and not disclosed to any Person other than a Loan Party without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
