Administrative Agent Data. The Administrative Agent hereby agrees to provide an updated Bank Price Deck to the Borrower promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days, following (i) its receipt of a request by the Borrower or (ii) its request for an Interim Redetermination. In addition, the Administrative Agent agrees, upon request, to meet with the Borrower to discuss its evaluation of the reservoir engineering of the Oil and Gas Properties included in the Reserve Report and their respective methodologies for valuing such properties and the other factors considered in calculating the Borrowing Base.
