Administrative Agent Data. The Administrative Agent hereby agrees to provide, promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days, following its receipt of a request by the Borrower, an updated Bank Price Deck. In addition, the Administrative Agent and each Lender agrees, upon request, with reasonable advance notice, to meet with the Borrower to discuss its or their evaluation of the reservoir engineering of the Oil and Gas Properties included in the Reserve Report and their respective methodologies for valuing such properties and the other factors considered in calculating the Borrowing Base; provided that neither the Administrative Agent nor any Lender shall be obligated to disclose any information to the extent that doing so would violate any Governmental Requirement or Contractual Requirement that is binding on it.
