Common use of Administrative Agent Appointed Attorney Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Appointed Attorney. in-Fact. Grantor hereby irrevocably appoints Administrative Agent as Grantor's attorney-in-fact, with full authority in the name, place and stead of Grantor or otherwise, from time to time in Administrative Agent's reasonable discretion, after an Event of Default, to take any action and to execute any instrument which Administrative Agent may deem reasonably necessary or advisable to accomplish the purposes of this Security Agreement.
